An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and highly organised individual to work within a Main Dealership in Upminster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating work to all Technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved, you will also need good communication skills to liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
Ensure all work is completed timely and accurately
Managing the customer's expectations at all times
To report and seek advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted and the customer kept informed where delays may occur
To ensure all work is carried out to a very high standard
In return for the right applicant, my client is offering a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure and additional benefits with excellent career progression.
Work pattern is Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm with Saturdays 8 am to 12 pm on rota.
