Weekend Negotiator

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A PERMANENT WEEKEND POSITION?

QUALITY INDEPENDENT COMPANY REQUIRES A  WEEKEND NEGOTIATOR

£11.44 PER HOUR + BONUS

This is a rare opportunity for weekend work in an estate agents. My client is ideally looking for someone with office based, customer focused and sales experience. You will need to show excellent communication skills both over the phone and face to face and thrive in a busy environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Contacting viewing leads
• Arrange viewings and attending viewing appointments
• Take incoming calls/enquiries
• Manage the office diary
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• You will have SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
• Local knowledge preferable

This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.  These part time positions rarely come available.
