Our Client is looking for a Warranty Controller who will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing Warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner.
• Liasing effectively with the other members in the Aftersales Team.
• Recording Data for claims.
• Posting and reconcilling payments and credits from warranty claims
• Utilising all the tools and resources to be a specialist in your area.

Criteria:

Ideally from an Aftersales background, previous warranty experience, methodical, detailed and worked with dealer management systems.

Previous relevant experience essential.
