BASIC SALARY £30-32,000 DOE OTE £60,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

My client, a well-known reputable Estate Agent are looking for a motivated and adaptable VALUATION MANAGER to join their successful team. This role would suit an existing Valuer, Valuing Senior Negotiator or Branch Manager looking to just value. This position will be covering a good size patch so lots of opportunity to earn well.

Key duties:

• Cold calling
• Door knocking
• Previous lead follow ups
• Canvassing
• Regular mail outs
• Valuing/listing
• Figure reporting directly to the Directors
• Booking valuations appointments

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Valuation experience
• Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
• Team player
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Keen interest in the property industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
• Customer focused
