• Basic Salary: £25,000
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000+

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded brand as a Transaction Manager at a main car dealership. This role is perfect for a driven individual eager to create an outstanding car-buying experience that builds loyalty and trust.

The Role:

As a Transaction Manager, you will:

• Enhance customer relationships and ensure a seamless purchase experience, including the sale of cars, finance & insurance (F&I), service plans, and accessories.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet targets for new & used car sales, finance, renewals, add-ons, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct part exchange valuations and tailor finance packages to suit customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping to finalize deals and support sales consultants as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with selling cars, accessories, GAP insurance, paint protection, and other products.
• Generate and process finance documents, quotes, and proposals.
• Handle deposit payments, final balances, and part exchange appraisals.
• Encourage showroom visits or home appointments for telephone/online inquiries.
• Monitor and report on all income generated by product type.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the enquiry management system.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Contact "last chance" finance leads to maximize opportunities.

Key Skills and Attributes Required:

• High attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• FCA accreditation (essential).
• Excellent knowledge of finance products, systems, and insurance policies.
• Strong understanding of car valuations and advanced negotiation skills.
• Ability to tailor packages and close sales effectively.
