My client is and a highly successful multi disciplined property company who are looking to a residential sales and lettings training manager to complement their fantastic business operation.
This is truly an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is looking to transfer their skills and industry knowledge into a Head Office role.
You will be responsible for delivering the companies training programme training both Sales and Lettings negotiators to over achieve their targets and make their career with this leading employer of choice
You must have experience at Branch Manager Level and above with a good understanding of the property business from all aspects including sales techniques, administration, legislation and business development.
To deliver the companies Residential Sales and Lettings training programme throughout the network
Liaise with department heads and other key stake holders to ensure the training programme successfully applied
Have an excellent understanding on motivation, time management, key performance indicators, legal and compliance element s that affect the industry
To keep informed as to industry trends and adapt the training programme accordingly to ensure the business remains a market leader within its disciplines
Good administration skills, IT literate
Excellent task management skills and able to lead by example
Build and maintain relationships with colleagues
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
Good interpersonal skills, approachable, an industry expert
Able to go the extra mile to ensure service standards are met
Excellent communication skills including ‘phone face to face and email
Fantastic working knowledge of the estate agency market place
Accuracy and attention to detail
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
This role would really suit someone who is highly experienced and wants to operate Mon – Fri in a Head Office environment.
