Our client, a regional automotive retail group of considerable merit is searching a People Development Specialist to become a key member of their Head Office team. This role is focused on the operational quality of learning within physical and digital ecosystems. Working with the central team you will deliver training sessions and interactive workshops that are designed to support the development and future direction of the group. This will mean forming working relationships with wider management teams to ensure the success of People Development initiatives.
Assist in the continuous improvement of People & Development
Deliver material aimed and aligned to the Company objectives
Work with the wider management teams at the Retail centres to grasp the true benefits of learning and development
Using your knowledge of all people development initiatives to the Company as it navigates a period of transformational change
Up to date training and facilitator experience and transferable skills
Inspiring communicator that can ‘hold a room’
Be a creative forward thinking contributor to the Group mission and vision
A passion for people and getting the best from peak performing teams
Attention to detail
Full UK driving license
