TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENTS

BASIC to £16,000 DOE £22/25,000

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a SALES NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for an individual to work in their busy residential sales department. You will have sales or customer service experience working within retail, telesales, door to door sales, sales, customer service, promotions or similar.My client is looking for someone target driven, is a good all rounder and wants to progress their career.

Main responsibilities

• Dealing with current and potential vendors
• Showing potential purchasers around properties
• Negotiating sales
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Providing weekly sales figures
• Taking and putting forward offers
• Following up on viewings

Skills & Experience Required

• Sales and customer service experience
• Excellent time management
• IT Literate
• Great communication skills
• Local knowledge preferred
• Ability to maintain administrative processes
• Full driving licence and car essential
