TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR A QUALITY INDEPENDENT AGENT

MULTI BRANCH COMPANY ARE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR FOR THEIR NEW OFFICE

SALARY £16,000 BASIC OTE £24/25,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a well-established and popular Estate Agent who are looking for a Trainee Negotiator to add to the team in a NEW OFFICE. The right candidate will be professional, personable, energetic and fun with a positive attitude, will consider candidates with or without lettings experience. Good structured training and support along with a career path to follow.

Duties:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting of properties
• Canvassing/door-knocking
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
• Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be articulate
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
• You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Able to work a 5 days week including a Saturday
