TRAINEE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR

OUR CLIENT IS A SUCCESSFUL FAMILY GROUP  LOOKING EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL TO TAKE ON A NEW ROLE AS A TRAINEE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 (Some flexibility can be considered in the structure of the hours worked).

Criteria:

• Previous relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
• A want and passion to work in a HR Department is essential.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Good attention to detail
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Your role will be very important within the Human Resources Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Championing and maintaining a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the department are delivered upon.
• Analysing the data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions, to delver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.?
• Ensuring a culture of a positive approach to Policy, Compliance and Risk Management is being championed and progressed within your business area.
• Providing an easy and enjoyable client (customer) experience (internal and external), each and every time.
• Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your business area are complete, accurate and aligned with any requirement standards.
• Comprehensive support to your Line Managers.
