My client a main car dealer in Ashford is looking for someone to help manage the cars on display and help the workshop with vehicle movement. If you have a Full UK driving licence and are energetic and can work well under pressure then don't delay, send your application.

As a Site Coordinator, you will assist their busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Excitingly, part of the role is to load and maintain their used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily. These will be used on their website and across the social media accounts.

Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes.

Key Roles:

• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
• Able to work outside in all weathers
• Ensure all vehicles are displayed on the website
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Confidence driving cars within tight spaces
• Assist with collection and delivery of vehicles
• Ensure site is kept clean and tidy
• Able to work alone, using own initiative
• Ensure display vehicles are fully prepared to the correct standard
• Record any obvious damage to vehicles and highlight the preparation team
• Ensure all vehicles have been fuelled prior to customer delivery
• Organise our showroom, ensuring cars are updated and moved as requested
• Photographing our vehicles and ensuring they are uploaded to our website and all social media accounts
• Check-in new stock that arrives to the dealership including key allocation and collating of vehicle documents
• For the right candidate my client is prepared to offer a package designed to attract and retain the best people.
• Liaise with internal teams such as our Valet team and our workshop to ensure cars are prepped and ready for delivery
• Ensure website presentation and website material is at a high standard
