Service administration, preparation for customer appointment
Inbound and outbound booking/progress/CSI follow up calls
Supporting service reception when required with 'non-specific duties’
Follow the process of Manufacturer’s Warranty claims from compilation through to managing monetary reconciliation
Manage warranty parts return & disposal
Ensure that all claims are made up to the maximum entitlement for the repair carried out
Maintain a good working relationship between the Authorised Repairer & Manufacturer
To consistently work to the Manufacturers auditable standard
Be able to produce accurate, neat and auditable admin with a forensic attention to detail
Possess good self-organisation skills
High work standards
Be able to handle close scrutiny of work
Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks
To be able to work under pressure to specific timescales
To be a strong assertive decision maker
Previous warranty administration experience preferred (preferably VAG, PSA), however candidates with linked (motor trade) experience (for example service advisor etc.) will also be considered.
