GREAT BASIC SALARY UPTO £27,000 DOE + BONUS SCHEME
My client is a busy main dealer, who due to expansion is looking for a SERVICE TEAM MANAGER to join their successful brand.
Deal with client requirements for repairs and servicing in a courteous manner whilst maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service.
Organise and assist the workshop to ensure key efficiencies are achieved to full capacity
Take customer bookings, manage the diary and prepare for customer arrivals
Establish customers onward travel arrangements; provide service loan cars and or courtesy transport or collection and delivery facilities.
Ensure adequate insurance is in place at all times for loan vehicles.
Obtain accurate completion of loan vehicle agreement including customer signature
Conduct all customer follow ups and prospecting activities along with Service Manager to maintain and increase work volumes for the workshop.
You must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the automotive industry in this busy progressive dealership that prides them on excellent customer service. You will ideally have experience of Kerridge (although not necessary) be articulate, personable with exceptional organisational skills.
