Reporting to: Service and Bodyshop Manager
Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest standard of service, ensuring that their experience is flawless, memorable and that each customer is 100% completely satisfied.
Be a friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking in customer vehicles
Understand customer requirements and record information accurately
Regular liaison with the Parts Department
Preparing customer paperwork in advance to ensure a positive customer experience
Carry out all administrative tasks to create a positive customer experience
Previous customer service experience
Experience of working within the motor industry is desirable
Willingness to learn new skills
Have a can-do attitude
Have good listening skills
Enthusiastic and flexible
Good self-organisation skills
High work standards
Remain calm and able to work under pressure to specific timescales
Ability to quickly evaluate and manage problems
Excellent attention to detail
