Reporting to: Service and Bodyshop Manager

Responsible for ensuring all our customers receive the highest standard of service, ensuring that their experience is flawless, memorable and that each customer is 100% completely satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Be a friendly first point of contact, receiving and booking in customer vehicles
• Understand customer requirements and record information accurately
• Regular liaison with the Parts Department
• Preparing customer paperwork in advance to ensure a positive customer experience
• Carry out all administrative tasks to create a positive customer experience

Person Specification

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience of working within the motor industry is desirable
• Willingness to learn new skills
