My client, a busy dealership is looking for a SERVICE ADVISER.
Main duties that you will cover as a service adviser:
Booking customers in for services and repairs.
Working to targets, both personal and team orientated.
Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
Upselling additional work, packages, warranties etc.
Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
Updating customers on progress of work.
Arranging courtesy cars for customers.
Up-selling hours in the workshop
You will be customer friendly and ensure you give the best service to customers
You will work within a team and deliver excellent service
Good attitude, work ethic and outlook
You will be smartly presented
Must have customer skills
In return for the right applicant, my client is offering a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure and additional benefits with excellent career progression.
Work pattern is Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with Saturdays 8.00am to 3.00pm on a rota basis.
