My client, a well know car dealership in Guildford, is looking for a Service Administrator to join their Aftersales Department. Their service team are very busy and to ensure that their customer expectations are met they require a strong Aftersales/Service Administrator with very good organisational skills and motor trade experience. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Kerridge/Drive user, with good organisational skills, a good communicator and have a positive approach to the day to day challenges of service administration.
Providing administration support and assistance to the Service department team.
Interpreting customers’ requirements, ensuring that no unauthorised work is undertaken and that customer queries are handled quickly and efficiently.
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility is adhered to at all times.
Assisting with the processing of claims in the 14 day submission time.
Printing and collating of daily job cards.
Assist with pricing up of items noted on the Vehicle Health check (VHC).
Assisting the Warranty Administrator with warranty claim processing and correction
Must be presentable with good communication skills.
Must have a proven record of a busy challenging administrative role.
Trustworthy, reliable and friendly.
To be flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business.
Experienced Kerridge/Drive User.
Full, clean driving licence
