BASIC SALARY £25,500 DOE

My client is looking for a SERVICE ADMINISTRATION for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.

I am looking for an experienced Administrator who understands the demands of a Main Dealer and is able to meet the standards that this position brings. You will need to have good attention to detail with excellent administration skills, with the skills to engage with your team, customers to deliver an experience where the brand will be recommend to family & friends.

You will be responsible for processing invoices, accurately maintaining the database, making and receiving calls, and assisting the Service team as required.

Requirements:

-Main Dealer experience desirable

-A flexible approach towards working

-Good communication skills

-Good Balanced approach

-Kerridge experience an advantage

-Warranty experience desirable

-Ability to work within a team framework

-Ability to take instruction

-Be customer service focussed
