My client, reputable independent Estate Agent, are looking for a motivated and adaptable Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.

Key duties:

• Conducting viewings
• Applicant registrations
• Dealing with buyers and vendors
• Strong negotiation skills
• Resilient canvassing skills
• Market appraisals
• Taking on new instructions
• Administration duties
• Valuing/Listing experience essential

Requirements

• Well-spoken with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence & own car
• Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Keen interest in the property industry
• Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record
• Able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
• Customer focused
