Are you looking for a new opportunity as a SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual either a current Experienced Sales/Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and hard-working team. You will have estate agency experience working within a targeted environment and wanting to progress your career to management.

Main responsibilities

• Registering applicants
• Matching and linking properties to customers needs
• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Negotiating and closing on business
• Liaising with buyers and vendors
• Keeping data base up to date
• Seeking new business and retaining business
• Sales proression
• Ability to list/value or want to learn

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience as a sales/senior sales negotiator
• A strong track record of successfully hitting targets
• Good customer service and be customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Good and resilient canvessing skills
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face
• Full driving licence and car essential
