My client with a well established office are looking for a motivated and hard working Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a leading agent with uncapped commission.

Key duties:

• Conducting viewings
• Applicant registrations
• Dealing with buyers and vendors
• Vendor feedback
• Strong negotiation skills
• Negotiate offers
• Administration duties
• Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals

Requirements

• Well-spoken with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence & own car
• Good knowledge of the local area 
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record
• Able to work under pressure
• Residential sales experience is essential
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
• Customer focused
