BASIC TO £25,000 DOE £32,000 OTE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR with a quality independent estate agents. They are looking for a service driven Sales Negotiator /Senior Negotiator to join the current team.

Duties Include:

• Registering applicants
• Viewing Vendor feedback
• Negotiating offers
• Booking market appraisals and viewings
• Conducting viewings
• General administration
• Valuation and listing experience preferred but not essential

Requirements:

• Full driving licence & car
• Residential property experience
• Well presented and professional in appearance
• Customer focussed
• Organised and methodical approach
• Self motivated and hard working
• Local knowledge preferred
