Senior Negotiator / Valuer

BASIC SALARY TO £25,000 DOE OTE £45-50,000 + CAR ALLOWANCE

My client, a well-known reputable independent Estate Agent is looking for a motivated and adaptable VALUER/SENIOR to join their successful team. This role would suit an existing Valuer, Valuing Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking progress in the near future to management. Ideally looking for a candidate with 5-10 years estate agency experience but still in early stages of their career seeking a new challenge and career opportunity.

Key duties:

• Negotiating
• Valuing and listing properties
• Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
• Viewings
• Some staff management

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence & car
• Valuation experience
• Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
• Team player
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• Keen interest in the property industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
• Customer focused
