BASIC SALARY £16-20,000 DOE OTE £35-50,000 + GENEROUS CAR ALLOWANCE

The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding. You will be involved in qualifying prospective tenants, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right rental property. The ideal Lettings Negotiator will have a sound property background, be well presented and tenacious with experience of working to targets and deadlines and with a proven track record in sales or customer service. A negotiator that offers outstanding communication skills and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all clients whilst achieving the right results.

Key Duties

• Qualifying prospective tenants
• Identifying prospective tenants property needs to help them find the right property
• Conducting viewings
• Working with your landlords to provide the right marketing support and advice
• Negotiating tenancies
• Following the tenancy process through to move-in
• Generate business for other offices within the brand

You will have:

• A great telephone manner
• Full UK driving licence & car
• Excellent organisation skills
• A strong customer focus
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
