Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you an experienced SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Independent Estate Agency are looking for a driven negotiator to join their team!

Basic up to £18,000 + OTE circa £30,000 + company car or car allowance

If you are currently a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for the next step up the promotion ladder and are being held back where you are then look no further!

Duties will include:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting and letting of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Valuing/listing properties to let

Full, clean driving licence essential.
