Sales Progressor / Administrator

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED SALES PROGRESSOR OR DO YOU HAVE RESIDENTIAL SALES / CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE AND ARE LOOKING TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY

PACKAGE £22-25,000 DOE 

My client, an independent estate agents are looking to recruit an experienced SALES PROGRESSOR / ADMINISTRATOR with experience ideally as a Sales Progressor or within Property or Residential Estate Agency with progression experience.

This reputable brand is looking for someone that can work well under pressure and is able to communicate well on the phone and front of house. This position is very varied and can be demanding so excellent organisational skills are a MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with telephone and email enquiries
• Manage the companies pipelines through to completion
• Work with the sales team to resolve any potential issues
• Be a point of contact for vendors and purchasers
• Oversee and maintain a good relationship with solicitors and surveyors
• Maintain up to date list of contractors
• Produce accurate completions projections for Directors and Managers
• Flexibility to help with other aspects of property sales administration

You will need:

• Experience in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Previous residential sales progression experience
• To work well under pressure
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Good, friendly telephone manner
• Excellent coordination skills with good attention to detail
• Be able to prioritise
• Competent typist
• Positive, friendly attitude
