SALES PROGRESSOR NEEDED FOR  INDEPENDENT AGENT

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL SALES AND SALES PROGRESSION

BASIC SALARY £20,000 OTE TO £25,000 - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08.30am 0 6pm

My client, a quality, well established multi-branch independent estate agents are looking for a SALES PROGRESSOR. They are looking for someone with ideally at least 2 years experience in the industry who have residential sales experience and enjoy sales progression.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales progression - progressing the sales to completion
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
• Checking the chain is complete
• Providing weekly reports on pipeline
• Administration

Key Skills:

• Estate Agency experience and progression essential
• Good knowledge of the residential sales process
• Good communication and IT skills
• Confident and articulate
• Self-motivated and organised
• High service levels and good attention to detail
