Sales Negotiator - Part Time

A QUALITY MARKET LEADING, ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A PART TIME SALES NEGOTIATOR

Basic £22-25,000 DOE £40/50,000 pro rata

My client are looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6/12 months experience to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.

The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with good earnings, in return you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
• Local knowledge preferable
• Full driving licence and own car essential

This position is part time to include a Saturday (3 days ideally)

This is a dynamic role where your no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
