QUALITY MULTI-BRANCH INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES NEGOTIATOR FOR THEIR BUSY BRANCH IN SURREY

BASIC SALARY £18,000 + OTE CIRCA £35,000 - OWN CAR REQUIRED

My client, a quality independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their existing team in Surrey.

The position is for a SALES NEGOTIATOR who is driven and competent - you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive environment.

As a Sales Negotiator you duties will be:

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
• Local knowledge preferable
• Full driving licence and own car essential
