QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES NEGOTIATOR 

BASIC SALARY UP TO £18k DOE + OTE CIRCA £30-£35k + BENEFITS

My client, a quality independent Estate Agency, is looking for a SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their existing team. No Estate Agency experience required but a background in sales is desirable.

The position is for a SALES NEGOTIATOR who is driven and competent - you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
• Local knowledge preferable
• Full driving licence and own car essential
