A MARKET LEADING, WELL ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES NEGOTIATOR FOR THEIR BUSY HIGH PERFORMING BRANCH
£17,000 Basic salary £50,000 OTE (uncapped) + generous car allowance (£35,000 guaranteed salary for the first three months)
My client, the market leading and award winning Estate Agent in the area, is looking for a SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their successful team in Greenwich. They are consistently in the top tier of local estate agents, so they consistently have the most new properties to sell.
The position is for a person who is driven, competent, extremely organised and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with uncapped earnings, in return you will be responsible for:
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input (system REAPIT)
The ideal candidate will be;
Highly organised and efficient with good attention to detail
Have good local knowledge (preferable)
Have previous estate agency sales experience (preferable)
Have used the system REAPIT (desirable)
Be a good team player
Hungry and driven to hit sales targets
Full driving licence and own car (essential)
You will work a 5 day week which will include every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu).
This is a dynamic role where your no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
