Our client is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join their energetic team to provide leadership and direction in the exciting pursuit of volume car sales.

The Sales Manager position within this business is pivotal in terms of generating the required level of profit contribution through a growing team of professional sales executives. The successful candidate will need to use their proven leadership and people skills to ensure the retailer grows volume and creates satisfied customers for the future.  

This is an ideal position for a motivated Sales Manager with a hands-on attitude to the business who enjoys coaching, mentoring and generally crafting the wider team to achieve better results. It’s essential to any application that recent success in team building, profit generation and volume growth can be presented and validated.

The Role

  • You will be able to provide energy and leadership to your team being on-hand and able to enhance any customer interaction.
  • You will be the guardian of the Group Sales Experience protecting the quality to ensure the customer has enjoyed their interaction.  
  • Once fully trained and supported by the wider management team you will deliver upon the set financial budgets and related business K.P.I.s.
  • To be fully aligned with and dedicated to the customer and their requirements on a daily basis.
  • To use the resource and outlined processes at your disposal to achieve the set business goals and objectives
  • To harness effectively the management tools available to change for the better the customer experience; making decisive decisions to benefit both the business and the customer.
  • Demonstrate to the customers and to your team that you are fully aligned and engaged with the Company objectives and long term goals

Essential requirements:

  • Relevant previous experience that can be demonstrated is a must have.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A passion to succeed and to end each day having explored all opportunities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Full UK Driving License.
