MULTI-BRANCH INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENCY REQUIRES A SALES MANAGER FOR THEIR BRANCH IN SURREY
BASIC UP TO £23,000 DOE + OTE CIRCA £38,000 - OWN CAR REQUIRED
This is an opportunity for a Sales Manager to have a career with a quality mutli-branch independent company in Surrey.
The position is for a SALES MANAGER - ideal for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to have experience in residential sales and you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive environment.
As a Sales Manager your duties will be:
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Valuation experience NOT essential
Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
You will have estate agency or relevant property experience
Local knowledge preferable
Full driving licence and own car required
