EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER REQUIRED

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITH A FAMILY-OWNED DEALER GROUP

Basic Salary £30,000 D.O.E £55,000 OTE

My client is a respected dealer group based in Cambridgeshire who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

The role

To ensure the newly installed enquiry management process is consistently applied
To act as the gate-keeper for all sales opportunities; making sure all enquiries are handled professionally on every occasion  
To promote and lead the team in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction to ensure future customer retention
Maximise vehicle sales profitability through hands-on deal control
Work as a coach and mentor to improve the quality and effectiveness of the sales team
Deliver guidance and training to continuously grow your team
To achieve new car volume targets set by the O.E.M and assist the General Manager with developing a strong working relationship with the brand.
Drive used vehicle sales volume and profit by implementing the Group used cars sales process
Operate within the financial guidelines set for used vehicle stock investment and age profile

What my client is looking for

A progressive mind-set; open-minded to change and improvement
Proven track-record within a dealer environment having been as sales manager for at least two years
Leadership & management skills to extract the best from your teams performance
To be able to manage several tasks at one time with exceptional organisational skills
To be able to adapt to new processes and create new ways of delivering a modern retailing experience with guidance from the General Manager and the senior team
Must be honest, respectful and have a diligent approach to work
Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence
