Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Are you an experienced NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR NEGOTIATOR looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Multi branch Independent Estate Agency are looking for a driven negotiator to join their team!

Basic up to £22,000 DOE OTE £35/40,000 + along with a Car Allowance

If you are currently a Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator or Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator and are looking for an exciting job move with uncapped earnings then look no further.

Duties will include:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for buying and renting of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Valuing/listing not essential

You will have:

• A great telephone manner
• Full UK driving licence & car
• Excellent organisation skills
• A strong customer focus
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
