BASIC SALARY to £40,000 DOE £55/60,000 OTE
My client an ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENT AGENT agent is seeking a Branch Sales & Lettings Manager who is able to lead a team and keep business levels moving forwards.
The successful candidate will be a bright and confident character with a passion for customer service, use own initiative, have a 'can do’ attitude, and lots of energy. You will also need to be proactive to help, assist and continue the growth of their business and develop staff.
To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation for sales & lettings
Carrying out viewings
Negotiating and agreeing offers on properties
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Sales & Lettings progression
Carry out valuations and listings for sales & lettings
Various ad hoc duties
Vendor & Landlord care
Managing staff performance
Providing training and support to staff
Experience & skills
Experience in property sales & lettings
Experience generating new business/canvassing
Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
Full clean UK driving licence and car
