BASIC SALARY £20-22,000 DOE + COMMISSION OTE £23,500
My client, an independent estate agency in Maidstone are looking to recruit a SALES ADMINISTRATOR with experience working in ADMINISTRATION ideally in Estate Agency but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate and friendly with a warm temperament. Attention to detail is essential for this role along with good numeracy and literacy skills. You must have great communication skills both verbal and written, be willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to follow processes without corner cutting.
Qualifying applicants and booking viewings
Responding to and management of leads
Booking market appraisals
Taking & negotiating offers
Sales progression - liaising with solicitors, vendors and buyers to ensure smooth sale
Running anti money laundering checks
Sending commission invoices in a timely manner
Ensuring all information is sought and memorandum of sales are sent out to all parties
Ordering for sale and sold boards
Support to the Sales Director
Ensuring the system is kept up to date
This is a Monday to Friday position.
