My client, a well know car dealership in Dartford are looking for an experiences Sales Administrator to join their team.
Their sales team are very busy and to ensure that their customer expectations are met they require a strong sales administrator with good organisational skills and a sound background gained within the motor trade.
The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, a good communicator and have a positive approach to the day to day challenges of car sales administration.
This includes invoicing and stock control and working closely as a link between accounts and the sales teams. The Sales Administrator is a vital link in the hub of our sales operation working to strict deadlines.
The role will require accurate keyboard skills, good numeracy and attention to detail together with an ability to work as part of a busy team with target objectives to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Bringing vehicles in to stock
Creating deal pack
Funding Used stock etc
Ordering of vehicles in line with company guidelines supported by Sales Manager
Coordinating paperwork for the purchase/sale of new/used vehicles
Maintaining of stock and production of reports and stock lists as required
Arranging vehicle documentation, licensing, warranty and verification checks
Must be presentable with good communication
Must be organised
Trustworthy, reliable and friendly
To be flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business
Excellent telephone manner and all round internal and external communication skills
A thorough understanding of Sales Administration processes within a main dealership
Must be proficient with Microsoft packages including Word/Excel and Outlook
You will be required to work Monday - Friday
