RENEWALS CO-ORDINATOR WANTED - PART TIME 3 DAYS A WEEK

GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR SOMEONE WITH LETTINGS EXPERIENCE

£22-25,000 PRO RATA

Great opportunity with a quality independent agent for a Part Time Renewals coordinator. These part time roles are not often available.  The ideal candidate will have worked in lettings or estate agency previously.  

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the renewals process
• Maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Research the local market to provide landlords with recommendations on current rents
• Negotiate rent increases between landlords and tenants
• Ensure right to rent references are complete and up to date
• Sending and organising legal paperwork as per the renewal
• Liaising with landlords and Tenants on a daily basis

 The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:

• Being a team player
• Demonstrating self-motivation
• Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
• Work well under pressure
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Professional and well presented
• The ability to work towards deadlines
