Our client, with a fast growing portfolio is looking to employ a RENEWALS ADMINISTRATOR to work in one of their busy offices.
Customer service is at the core of the service that they provide, and you will ideally have experience of lettings as well as be knowledgeable about the renewal process. This is a great opportunity to join a very outgoing, vibrant and professional team where you will be able to progress within this company.
Speaking to landlords & tenants regarding the tenancy renewal
Negotiating rent increases
All administration regarding the renewal process
Ideally experience in a similar lettings administrative role.
Great organisational skills with the ability to handle issues in the absence of other members of staff
Good customer service skills and IT skills
You must drive and have your own car
