We are looking to recruit a permanent Recruitment Consultant into our team based at our site in Kingshill.
Winning new clients and building good relationships.
Sourcing candidates through job adverts, LinkedIn, referrals, or extensive company database.
Not afraid to pick up the ‘phone and make money.
Preparing candidates and arranging interviews with your clients.
Making placements and earning uncapped commission.
This role really does provide a lot of opportunity to operate within a friendly proactive team environment.
You will ideally have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with experience of perms; however we will consider applicants with a strong customer service background who are able to make volume outgoing ‘calls. You will be friendly and proactive, a good team player in high volume marketplaces and able to demonstrate an understanding of great customer service and organisational with a “can do” attitude.
Oversee the successful delivery of every recruitment requirement, from advertisement until an employee's commencement in post and on boarding is completed in an efficient, customer focused way.
Filling vacancies on a daily basis to ensure branch targets are achieved
Guide the candidate though the recruitment process. Successfully matching people to jobs and jobs to people.
This includes ensuring relevant pre-employment checks and KPIs/SLAs are met, playing an integral part in supporting the Senior Management Team.
Ideally 1 Years minimum experience within a recruitment role
Demonstrable recruitment consultancy experience
Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of how business operates and is able to maximise profit and add value to all business areas.
Influencing and persuading: Proven relationship building skills with ability to influence and negotiate effectively at senior levels.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels. Creates a positive impact within the organisation and external clients.
Prioritisation: Effectively manages own workload against competing demands. Is structured and organised
Problem solving: Excellent at problem solving, with ability to probe and establish real issues and identify correct solutions.
