BASIC SALARY £32,000 O.T.E. £45,000 + INNOVATIVE SHIFT PATTERN

Our client is a respected and enlightened Accident Repair Group who have continued to invest in advanced repair technology. The business has structured teams of motivated and highly trained technicians who have built a class-leading reputation based on quality and customer service.   

We have been tasked with searching for additional Qualified Panel Technicians to join their dynamic business. The successful candidates will have their skill and talent put into action immediately repairing vehicles to the highest quality in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

The role of a Panel Technician is key to running a customer focused business and your skills will be used to:

• To contribute to the success of the Accident Repair function by maintaining the highest standard of work at all times.
• Using the variety of tools and systems available to you to continually improve your specialist knowledge and repair quality
• Use your skills to repair either panel or plastic wherever possible to limit excessive panel replacement and additional cost to the insurer and customer.
• Be part of a closely knit team of MET and Paint Technicians that are dedicated in the common cause to consistently deliver quality work in a timely manner  
• Take the lead in the workshop environment for work space cleanliness and tidiness.

Key Requirements:

• IMI (ATA) Qualified (or equivalent).
• O.E.M. Brand Qualifications an advantage
• Volkswagen Group or BMW MINI Accreditation desired but not essential 
• High Voltage Electric vehicle certification would be an advantage; however not essential
• A willingness to complete further training when required. 
• Full, clean driving license (essential).
