FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT
BASIC SALARY £23,000 TO £26,000 DOE
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified photographer who is organised, computer literate with phot shop and able to take direction.
As a property photographer, you will be required to visit a range of properties to take professional photographs which will enhance and complement our properties to help facilitate their sale.
Your role will allow you to capture excellent photography of a property which will help attract interest and viewings. This role is pivotal to the Residential and Lettings team to market new instructions.
Whilst property photography is the main aspect of this position, your skills will also be used internally within our dedicated Marketing team. This may be for corporate events or portrait photography of our team members for marketing material.
This role will require frequent travel within your territory and may also include some evening and weekend work.
Property photography for our offices and new homes developments;
Use of photoshop, lightroom or equivalent editing software;
In-house photography as and when required (this may include event photography, corporate launch events, etc);
Portrait photography, for example of our internal team members for marketing purposes.
Architectural and property photography experience or equivalent;
Guide customers on the presentation of their homes;
Previous experience of creating residential floorplan;
Detailed approach to work tasks;
Creation of high-quality work;
Confident meeting clients face to face;
Ability to work with people, both internal and externally with excellent communication skills;
Previous experience using photoshop, lightroom or equivalent editing software;
Good organisational skills;
Able to manage time efficiently and to strict deadlines;
