BASIC SALARY £21K - £25K DOE 1ST YEAR £35K OTE + BENEFITS

You will be highly organised and enthusiastic who want to become an expert in their department. You must have a minimum of 6 + months previous property management.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will need to:
Exceed both the team and individual service standards
Build and develop strong relationships with key clients
Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants
Resolve queries and problems swiftly in line with company standards
Offer advice and recommend a course of action on a wide range of property issues
Liaise with third party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
Be highly organised with a good attention to detail
Quick to learn and follow procedures in line with service standards
Have 6 months + relevant property management experience
Have accurate administration skills
Be resilient stay calm and positive under pressure
