My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a quality Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 1 years+ Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for had working Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:
Responsible for the management of the portfolio (between around 120-150 properties)
Invoicing and other related admin
Arranging check in and check out
Gas safety certs/EPC's
Arranging property inspections
To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
The individual will have:
Ideally experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
Professional approach and appearance
