**PART TIME PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED - 16-24 HOURS A WEEK**

£10.00-£11.30 PER HOUR DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
My client, an established and successful Lettings Agents in the West Malling Area are looking for an experienced part time Property Manager to join their small team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and independent working individual looking to work in a very busy office offering excellent service levels and striving to do their best for clients at all times. Experience in this role is essential along with a sound knowledge of the lettings laws.
Producing and updating AST agreements
Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims
Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
Completing check-in and check-out and inventory inspections
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary,
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
Top customer service is paramount
Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
Driving licence and car is essential
Accuracy and attention to detail
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
ARLA qualified is preferential but not essential
Be able to work 16-24 hours per week including every other Saturday (4 hours per day ideally)
