Property Manager

**PROPERTY MANAGER REQUIRED**

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH AN ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS

BASIC SALARY CIRCA £25k PER ANNUM + OTE CIRCA £28k + TRAVEL ALLOWANCE - MON TO FRI

My client, an established and successful Estate Agents are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join their friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring, ambitious and motivated individual to support the Lettings Team maintaining the companies procedures and minimum performance standards. You must have Property Management experience to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
• Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
• Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims
• Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
• Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
• Completing check-in and check-out and inventory inspections
• Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
• Deal with maintenance issues and contractors
• Use software system in line with business operating requirements
• All related lettings administration
• Compliance (EPC's / Gas Safety Certificates / EICR's)
