Basic salary up to £25,000 depending on experience 

My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 1 years+ Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for had working Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:

• Responsible for the management of the portfolio (around 180 properties)
• Tenancy agreements
• Renewals
• Invoicing and other related admin
• Managing maintenance
• Move-ins/out
• Inventories
• Gas safety certs/EPC's
• Property inspections
• Referencing
• To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
• To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.

The individual will have:

• Ideally experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
• Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
• Professional approach and appearance
• Full driving licence and own car required
