A Property Manager is required to manage my clients growing portfolio of properties across the Maidstone area.
The role will be to manage the portfolio in its entirety from managing the initial process of moving the new Tenants into their new home, regular inspections and maintenance to overseeing the Tenants leaving and managing the return of any deposit monies.
You will be expected to be a passionate leader or certainly one in the making, mentor and train Junior Property Manager’s and be responsible for their development and establishing their own responsibilities.
The experience you will have already enjoyed will include;
Serving of appropriate notices
Maintenance - Liaising with landlords and tenants, arranging contractors for quotes and works
Effective methods of rent arrears chasing
Identifying areas and solutions from improvement in our service delivery
If necessary, attending, supporting and have represent Landlord’s at court
Work efficiently with the Lettings and New Business team between the transition of accepted offer to move in.
You will benefit from;

Skills & Experience Required
A minimum of two years Property Management experience managing a minimum of 100 properties
Outstanding communication, organisation and diary management skills
Ability to deal with and managing empathetically stressful and demanding Tenants and Landlords
Willingness to go above and beyond and instil this within your team
Very good computer skills
A desire to growing your career at a fast pace
