My client, an established and successful Lettings Agents are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER to join their busy team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and independent working individual looking to work in a very busy office looking after approximately 150 fully managed properties. You will offer excellent service levels and strive to do your best for clients at all times. Experience in this role is essential along with a sound knowledge of lettings.
Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims
Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
Completing check-out inspections
Dealing and reporting check in reports
Booking and carrying out mid term visits
Making sure that Gas, Electric and other safety certificates are up to date
Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
Top customer service is paramount
Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
Driving licence and car is essential
Accuracy and attention to detail
Influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a small team
ARLA qualified is preferential but not essential
Be able to work 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
