PROPERTY MANAGER  WANTED FOR QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH A GREAT COMPANY 

BASIC SALARY £25-27,000 DOE + BONUS OTE £27,500 -29,500 OTE

My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a Property Manager to add to the team. You will ideally have some Property Management experience to be considered. They are looking for hard working Property Manager who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

As a Property Manager your role will be as follows:

• Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
• Liaising with lettings negotiators regarding move-ins and check outs
• Booking inventories
• Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
• Mid term inspections and reporting to landlords
• Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
• Negotiating tenancy renewals

The individual will have:

• Ideally have experience of managing a portfolio of residential property
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
• Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
• Professional approach and appearance
• No need to drive or have a car

Working days are Monday to Friday
